Originally designed by PBD staff landscape architects and flagged as a Four Seasons Resort, this property underwent a substantial amenity programming change when it was purchased by Sandals Resorts. PBD staff were once again engaged to provide full amenity design upgrades and substantial grounds improvements to create a more lush tropical landscape environment for the resort guests. PBD staff provided full resort master planning, landscape architectural design and full construction administration for both the resort and the signature Greg Norman golf course.  Amenity design included a 10,000 SF freeform infinity edge pool, spa with outdoor pools set in a tropical garden environment, ocean front villas tucked into the natural dune enviroment, beach dune restoration, and an innovative reverse osmosis irrigation design system.
