As part of a major five year expansion and renovation project for this exclusive Dominican resort, PBD staff were commissioned to provide detailed planning and landscape architectural design services for a new resort beach club and feature amenity pool area facility that at buildout will accommodate a 16,500 SF pool with multiple water slides, natural rockscape, an outdoor open air cabana restaurant, a children’s club facility, a 25,000 SF health club  facility, and 1,800 LF of beach area with  private cabana structures and shade lounge areas.
